NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Gilroy City Council will hold a public hearing
on Monday, April 18, 2022, at 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the item can be heard.
The meeting will be held in person at Gilroy City Hall Council Chambers, located at 7351
Rosanna Street Gilroy, CA, on the following:
Project Number: TM 21-05
Project Title: Palomino II at Glen Loma Ranch Tentative Map
Project Applicant: Filice Family Estate c/o Tim Filice
Property Owner: Filice Family Estate c/o Tim Filice
Project Location: Southeast Corner of Club Drive and Grenache Way
Assessor Parcel No.: 808-43-003
Project Description: The project requests subdivision of a 2.88+/- acre site for build-out
of the Palomino II neighborhood of the Glen Loma Ranch Specific Plan area. The
requested map proposes to create four single-family lots.
CEQA Determination: An Environmental Impact Report (EIR) with 52 mitigation
measures covering this area within the Glen Loma Ranch Specific Plan was adopted in
2005.
Planning Commission Recommendation: On March 10, 2022, the Planning
Commission reviewed the project and recommended approval of Tentative Map
application TM 21-05 by a vote of 6-0-1.
A detailed description of the proposal is on file with the Community Development
Department at City Hall. The staff report for the proposal may also be viewed on the City
website (www.cityofgilroy.org) by 5:00 p.m. the Friday before the meeting.
Interested parties are encouraged to attend this public hearing as this is the time and
place when comments on the proposals shall be heard and given due consideration.
The meeting will also be broadcast live on the City of Gilroy’s website at
www.cityofgilroy.org.

Persons who are unable to attend this public hearing may submit written comments by
email to the project planner noted below, or by delivering them to the Planning Division
at City Hall, 7351 Rosanna St. Gilroy, CA. 95020 prior to, or at the public hearing to be
incorporated into the record. If you challenge the decisions at this hearing, you may be
limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the hearing, described
in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the City at or prior to the meeting.
