AMENDMENT OF CUSTOMER MOBILE APPLICATION CUSTOMER AGREEMENT
This Amendment (this “Third Amendment”) is entered as of June 30, 2022, by and between
CitySourced, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Rock Solid Technology, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as
“Provider”) and the City of Gilroy, California a municipal corporation, (hereinafter referred to as
“Subscriber”), and hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Parties”).
WHEREAS, Parties entered into that certain MOBILE APPLICATION CUSTOMER AGREEMENT dated
December 16, 2016 (the “Agreement”); and
WHEREAS, Parties entered into an Amendment dated Feb 7, 2022 (the “First Amendment”);
and
WHEREAS, Parties entered into an Amendment dated March 11, 2022 (the “Amendment”); and
WHEREAS, the Subscriber wishes to amend the subscription package to the Agreement as
described below.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Parties hereby agree as follows:
AMEND EXISITING PRODUCT: Attachment D is hereby amended to account for the addition of
Subscriber user licenses, at no additional cost to Subscriber.
AMEND EXISITING PRODUCT: Attachment E is hereby amended to account for the removal of
PrimeGov/OneMeeting Video Streaming and AJA HELO Encoder which will both be replaced by a
product outlined in Attachment F.
ADDITIONAL PRODUCT: Attachment F is hereby added to account for the addition of an additional
following product to read.
