FOURTH AMENDMENT TO MOBILE APPLICATION CUSTOMER AGREEMENT
This Fourth Amendment to Mobile Application Customer Agreement (“Amendment 4”) is entered as of
14th October 2022 (the “Effective Date”), by and between CitySourced, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary
of Rock Solid Technology, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “Provider”) and the City of Gilroy, California
(hereinafter referred to as “Subscriber”) (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Parties”).
WHEREAS, Parties entered into that certain MOBILE APPLICATION CUSTOMER AGREEMENT
dated 16th Day December, 2016 (the “Agreement”); and
WHEREAS, Parties entered into an Amendment dated 7th Day February, 2022 (the “First
Amendment”); and
WHEREAS, Parties entered into an Amendment dated 11th Day March, 2022 (the
“Amendment”); and
WHEREAS, Parties entered into an Amendment dated 30th Day June, 2022 (the “Third
Amendment”); and
WHEREAS, the Parties desire to amend the Agreement in accordance with the terms and
conditions set forth this Amendment 4.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Parties hereby agree as follows:
1. Additional Product: Attachment G is hereby added to account for the addition of the Products
and Services as laid down in Attachment G contained herein.

OTHER TERMS OF THE CONTRACT: The Parties agree that all other terms, conditions and obligations
of the Agreement remain in effect throughout the term of the Agreement except for those provisions of
the Agreement that are directly contradicted by this Amendment 4, in which event the terms of this
Amendment 4 shall control.
BINDING EFFECT: The covenants and conditions contained in this Amendment 4 shall apply to and bind
the parties and the heirs, legal representatives, successors and permitted assigns of the Parties.

AviorTM + Ease 50 Upgrade
Upgrade to the EaseTM Hands-Free Service -50 as laid out in Attachment F. Service will now
integrate with the AviorTM HD Cameras to be installed as laid down in Attachment G herein.
Service will now include Remote Video Production for indexed and archived meeting
allotments per year. Service will continue to include:
Up to 50 indexed and archived meeting per year
Up to 120 hours of specialty content per year
24/7 Live Stream
Hands-Free Service.

(subject to a 5% annual increase after initial term)

Additional Terms:
Costs for Work, Services, and Equipment as described in Attachment G herein, shall be due and payable
following the completion of AviorTM Setup and Deployment, the acceptance thereof by the Subscriber,
and the receipt by the Subscriber of an invoice from the Provider for such Work, Services, and
Equipment. The Initial Term for the Annual Costs as laid down herein shall be from the date of
Customer’s acceptance of Installation through June 29 th, 2023 (“Initial Term”), and the price for such
Annual Costs shall be calculated pro rata to reflect such duration. Following thi s Initial Term, Annual

Costs as laid down in Attachment G herein shall be invoiced pre-paid annually with Annual Costs as laid
down in Attachment F, and all such Annual Costs shall be subject to a 5% annual increase.
