NOTICE OF CANCELLATION OF CITY COUNCIL
MEETING
Post On: Monday, December 5, 2022
Post Until: Tuesday, December 20, 2022
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the regular meeting of the City Council has been
cancelled for Monday, December 19, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. The next meeting will be a
regular meeting scheduled for Monday, January 9, 2023 at 6:00 p.m.
THIS NOTICE is conspicuously posted on or near the door of the place where the meeting
is usually held in accordance with Chapter 9, Division 2, Title 5 of the Government code
of the State of California.

AFFIDAVIT OF POSTING NOTICE OF CANCELLATION
I, Thai Nam Pham, declare as follows:
That I am the City Clerk of the City of Gilroy; that at a regular meeting of the Gilroy City
Council held on December 19, 2022 is cancelled and that a copy of said notice was posted
at a conspicuous place at the door of the room at which said meeting was held.
I declare under penalty of perjury that the foregoing is true and correct.
