NOTICE OF MEETING CANCELLATION

CANCELLATION OF THE DECEMBER 1, 2022
PLANNING COMMISSION REGULAR MEETING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the regular meeting of the Planning
Commission scheduled for Thursday, December 1, 2022 beginning at 6:00
pm has been cancelled.
The next regular Planning Commission meeting will be held on Thursday,
January 19, 2023, beginning at 6:00 pm at the Gilroy City Hall Council
Chambers located at 7351 Rosanna Street.
THIS NOTICE is conspicuously posted on or near the door of the place
where the meeting is usually held in accordance with Chapter 9, Division 2,
Title 5 of the Government code of the State of California.

AFFIDAVIT OF POSTING NOTICE OF CANCELLATION
I, Zinnia Navarro, declare as follows:
That I am the Office Assistant of the City of Gilroy; that a regular meeting of the Gilroy
Planning Commission to be held on December 1, 2022, is canceled and that a copy of
said notice was posted at a conspicuous place at the door of the room at which said
meeting was held.
I declare under penalty of perjury that the foregoing is true and correct.
