Powers & Associates, Inc. for 10th Street Bridge Environmental Compliance Services | Adopted 05/01/2023 RESOLUTION NO. 2023-25 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF GILROY FOR 2022-2023 AND APPROPRIATING PROPOSED EXPENDITURE AMENDMENTS WHEREAS, the City Administrator prepared and submitted to the City Council a budget for the City of Gilroy for Fiscal Years 2021-2022 and 2022-2023, and the City Council carefully examined, considered, and adopted the same on June 7, 2021; and WHEREAS, City Staff has prepared and submitted to the City Council proposed amendments to said budget for Fiscal Year 2022-2023 for the City of Gilroy in the staff report dated May 1, 2023, for the award of a contract to David J. Powers & Associates, Inc. for 10th Street Bridge environmental compliance services, project M 16-10. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the appropriations for Fiscal Year 2022-2023 for the Traffic Impact Fee Fund (fund 425) shall be increased by $396,076.
