As of July 1, 2021, California law requires residential policies with dwelling Replacement Cost coverage to provide
no less than 10% Building Codes Coverage.
We have updated your policy with this mandatory Building Codes Coverage and enclosed an Amended Policy
Declarations that reflects this change. We will not apply any additional premium to your policy during the current
period, but we will apply the appropriate premium amount for any future renewal offer.
