If that "auto" is a covered "auto" for Comprehensive Coverage under this policy; b. The airbags are not covered under any warranty; and c. The airbags were not intentionally inflated. We will pay up to a maximum of $1,000 for any one "loss". L. (2) If a claim is made or "suit" is brought against the additional insured: (a) Immediately record the specifics of the claim or "suit" and the date received; and (b) Notify us as soon as practicable and see to it that we receive written notice of the claim or "suit" as soon as practicable. (3) Immediately send us copies of all legal pa- pers received in connection with the claim or "suit", cooperate with us in the investigation or settlement of the claim or defense against the "suit", and otherwise comply with all policy conditions. Such financial control; or b. Such person's or organization's ownership, maintenance or use of premises leased to or occupied by you. The insurance provided to such person or organization does not apply to structural alterations, new construction or demolition operations performed by or on behalf of such person or organization. 2.
