COMMISSION SECRETARY’S REPORT ON POSTING THE AGENDA:
The agenda for tonight’s Bicycle Pedestrian Special Meeting was posted on Friday, September 16, 2016, at
2:16 p.m. in the City Hall announcement window near the Council Chambers and online in keeping with
provisions of the California Brown Act.
OLD BUSINESS:
A. Annual Report – The Commission members discussed and drafted a presentation of the Bicycle Pedestrian
Commission Annual Report to be presented in PowerPoint at the November 21, 2016 City Council Meeting.
