NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN -that the Planning Commission will consider a zoning ordinance amendment for a City -initiated amendment of Gilroy City Code Chapter 30 (Zoning) repealing and replacing Article 54, Accessory Dwelling Units, in its entirety and adopting new standards in compliance with state law. (Z 20-01) A detailed description of the proposal is on file with the Community Development Department at City Hall. The staff report for the proposal may also be viewedon the City website (www.cityofgilrcy.org) by 5:00 p.m. the Friday before the meeting. Interested parties are encouraged to attend this public hearing as this is the time and place when comments on the proposals shall be heard and given due consideration.
