I am a resident of the State of California and
over the age of eighteen years, and not a
party to or interested in the above entitled
matter.
I am the principal clerk of the publisher of the
Gilroy Dispatch, published in the city of
Gilroy, County of Santa Clara, State of
California, Friday, and on line for which said
newspaper has been adjudicated a newspaper
of general circulation by the Superior Court
of the County of Santa Clara, State of
California, under the date of June 10,
1961, Action Number 50709, that the
notice of which the annexed is a printed copy
had been published in each issue thereof and
not in any supplement on the following dates:

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
that a consolidated General
Municipal Election will be held
in the City of Gilroy on Tuesday,
November 3, 2020, for the
following Officers:
Three (3) Members of the
City Council and One (1)
Mayor (Full 4-yearterms)
The nomination period opens
Monday. July 13.2020 and
will close Friday, August 7.
2020 at S:OOp.m. Nomination
paperwork is available in the
Office of the City Clerk at 7351
Rosanna Street, Gilroy. CA.
The City Clerk's Office will be
taking in -person and online
appointments Monday through
Friday from 9 a.m. to 12 noon
during this period to process
nomination papers for those
seeking elective office.
