Gilroy, CA 95020, to consider the following item: CUP 19-01(#19110033) (Conditional Use Permit) request for approval to allow Bitter TapHouse to operate an on -site, fifty -seat, beer consumption establishment within a historic building. on a 0.21-acre site, from 12:00 pm-10:00 pm Tuesday -Sunday. Alcohol consumptionwill be limited to designated areas within the historic structure and the gated backyard. The applicant will possess a Type 40 ABC license which will allow guests of all ages. The property is located at 7797 Monterey St. in the Downtown Expansion Dish ict (DED) commercial zone (APN 799 03-047). This project is exempt from environmental review under Section 15301 of the State CEQA Guidelines (Class 1) which applies to project involving existing facilities with negligible or no expansion of use.
