HEARING
OF THE GILROY CITY
COUNCIL
TO CONSIDER A
TENTATIVE MAP REQUEST
THIS CITY COUNCIL
PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE
HELD on Monday, January
4, 2021 at 6:00 p.m., or as
soon thereafter as the item
can be heard.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
that the City Council will
consider a tentative map
request to subdivide a 4.42
acre commercial lot into
two parcels, consisting of a
3.829 acre developed parcel
and a 0.887 acre new parcel
located at the corner of East
Tenth Street and Alexander
Street, at 303 East Tenth
Street. APN 841.16.100.
Applicant Mike Conrotto
(TM 20.02). This project is
exempt from environmental
review pursuant to CEQA
Guidelines Section 15315.
A detailed description of the
proposal is on file with the
Community Development
Department at City Hall. The
staff report for the proposal
may also be viewed on the
City website
(wvvw.cityofgilroy.org)
by 5,00 p.m. the Wednesday
before the meeting. The
Planning Commission has
recommended approval of
this request.
Public Participation in this
meeting will be limited.
Interested parties are
encouraged to participate
in this public hearing as
this is the time and place
when those interested
shall be heard and given
due consideration. This
meeting will be conducted
pursuant to the provisions
of the Governor's Executive
Order N-29-20. In order to
minimize the spread of the
COVID 19 virus, the City
is providing the following
