party to or interested in the above entitled
matter.

SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE
This ordinance amends the City of
Gilroy Zoning Map for the subject
property in accordance with
the provisions of Article Ul and -
Section 30.26.10 of the Gilroy City
Code. This Ordinance approves
rezoning from the Medium Density
Residential R-3 to Medium Density
Residential R-3-Planned Unit
Development Overlay (PUD)Zone
District.
