over the age of eighteen years, and not a
party to or interested in the above entitled
matter.

the City of Gilroy CityCouncil will
hold a public hearingon Mondry,

as soon thereafter as the item
can be heard. The meetingwill be
held in person at Gilroy City Hall

requests subdivision of a
2.88+/- acre site for build -out of
the Palomino11 neighborhood of
the Glen Loma Ranch Specific
Plan area. Therequested
map proposes to create four
single-familylots.
CEQA Determination
An Environmental Impact Report
(El R)with 52 mitigation measures
covering this area within the Glen
Loma Ranch Specific Plan was
adopted in 2005.
Planning Commission
Recommendation:
On March 10, 2022. the Planning
Commission reviewed the project
and recommended approval of
Tentative Map application TM
21-05 by a vote of 6-04..
A detailed description of the
Proposal is on file with the
Community Development
Department at City Hall. The staff
report for the proposal may also
be viewed on the City website
(www.dtyolgRroy org) by 5:00
p.m. the Friday before the meeting.
Interested parties are encouraged
to attend this public hearing as
this is the time and place when
comments on the proposals
shall be heard and given due
consideration.
The meeting will also be broadcast
live on the City of Gilroy's website

this public hearing maysubmit
written comments by ema it to the
project planner noted below, or
by delivering them to the Planning
Division at City Hall, 7351 Rosanna

this hearing, you may be limited
to raising only those issues you
or someone else raised at the
hearing, described in this notice,
or in written correspondence

the meeting.
