Therequested map proposes to create four single-familylots. CEQA Determination An Environmental Impact Report (El R)with 52 mitigation measures covering this area within the Glen Loma Ranch Specific Plan was adopted in 2005. Planning Commission Recommendation: On March 10, 2022. the Planning Commission reviewed the project and recommended approval of Tentative Map application TM 21-05 by a vote of 6-04.. A detailed description of the Proposal is on file with the Community Development Department at City Hall. The staff report for the proposal may also be viewed on the City website (www.dtyolgRroy org) by 5:00 p.m. the Friday before the meeting. Interested parties are encouraged to attend this public hearing as this is the time and place when comments on the proposals shall be heard and given due consideration.
