that the City Council of the City
Of Gilroy, on Monday, June 20,
2022, will introduce an ordinance
and will consider the adoption
of the proposed ordinance on
Tuesday, July5, 2022, the title of
whichis:

CHAPTER 7, ENTITLED COST
COMPARISON SYSTEM FOR
FEE AND SERVICE CHARGE

SUMMARY OFORDINANCE:
This ordinancewill amend
sections of the Chapter 7 — Cost
Comparison System for Fee
and Service Charge Revenue of
the Gilroy City Code to align it
with current and best practices
including; revising the elements of
the definition of costs reasonably
borne, adding language to annually
adjust the fee schedule based on
services

is necessary to obtain a full
understanding of the provisions
of this ordinance. A certified copy
of the full text of the proposed
ordinance is available for public
review in the Office of the City
