RESOLUTION NO. 2024-05
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF ADMINISTERING AGENCY-STATE
MASTER AGREEMENTS FOR STATE AND FEDERAL-AID-FUNDED
PROJECTS
WHEREAS, the City of Gilroy is eligible to receive Federal and/or State Funding
for certain Transportation Projects through the California Department of Transportation;
and
WHEREAS, Master Agreements, Program Supplemental Agreements, Fund
Exchange Agreements and/or Fund Transfer Agreements must be executed with the
California Department of Transportation before such funds can be claimed; and
WHEREAS, the City of Gilroy wishes to delegate the authority to execute these
agreements and any amendments thereto to the City Administrator.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Gilroy
does hereby designate the City Administrator as the person authorized to execute all
Master Agreements, Program Supplemental Agreements, Fund Exchange Agreements
and/or Fund Transfer Agreements, and any amendments thereto with the California
Department of Transportation.
