RESOLUTION NO. 2024-07
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GILROY AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF
GILROY FOR 2023-2024 AND APPROPRIATING
PROPOSED EXPENDITURE AMENDMENTS
WHEREAS, the City Administrator prepared and submitted to the City Council a
budget for the City of Gilroy for Fiscal Years 2023-2024 and 2024-2025, and the City
Council carefully examined, considered, and adopted the same on June 5, 2023; and
WHEREAS, City Staff has prepared and submitted to the City Council proposed
amendments to said budget for Fiscal Year 2023-2024 for the City of Gilroy in the staff
report dated February 5, 2024, for the First Street (SR152)/Kern Avenue Traffic Signal
Design Project, City Project No. 24-RFP-PW-494.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the appropriations for Fiscal Year
2023-2024 for Traffic Impact Fund 425 shall be increased by $121,821.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Gilroy at a regular
meeting duly held on the 5th day of February 2024 by the following roll call vote:

HILTON, MARQUES, TOVAR,

NOES: COUNCIL MEMBERS: NONE
