Subject:EXTERNAL - January 6, 2025 item 12.1 on the agenda
Iam writing in support of Councilmember Zach Hilton's FAIR Memo, it's imperative that, our city staff comply in a timely
manner before the due dateline of March 2025. Our city cannot afford to place our Housing Element 2023-2031 State
Certification in peril, failure to comply puts us at risk of further Builder's Remedy applications ,as well as, at jeopardy of
loss of State Housing funding which our city cannot afford. We most certainly need Housing, but, it should be where we
as a city wants the builds.
