Commission Regular Meeting
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the regular meeting of the Arts and Culture
Commission has been canceled for Tuesday, November 12, 2024 at 6:30 PM. The next
meeting will be a regular meeting scheduled for Tuesday, January 14, 2024 at 6:30 PM.
THIS NOTICE is conspicuously posted on or near the door of the place where the meeting
is usually held in accordance with Chapter 9, Division 2, Title 5 of the Government Code of
the State of California.

I, Bryce Atkins, declare as follows:
That I am the Assistant to the City Administrator of the City of Gilroy; that at a regular
meeting of the Arts and Culture Commission held on Tuesday, November 12, 2024 is
canceled and that a copy of said notice was posted at a conspicuous place near the door
of the room at which said meeting was held.
