NO ACTION MAY BE TAKEN on a Study Session matter other than direction to staff to further review or
prepare a report. Any proposed action regarding items on a Study Session item must be agendized for a
regular or special City Council meeting.
COMMENTS BY THE PUBLIC WILL BE TAKEN ON ANY AGENDA ITEM. Persons wishing to address
the Council are requested to complete a Speaker’s Card located at the entrances and to provide it to the
City Clerk prior to or during the discussion of the item. Public testimony is subject to reasonable
regulations, including but not limited to time restrictions for each individual speaker. A minimum of 12
copies of any materials should be provided to the City Clerk for distribution to the City Council and staff.
In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, the City will make reasonable arrangements to
ensure accessibility to this meeting. If you need special assistance to participate in this meeting, please
