Motion to Approve III. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Moved by Commissioner Sue Rodriguez, seconded by
Commissioner Steve Ashford.
IV. PUBLIC HEARINGS:
A. CUP 16-04 (#16080006) Conditional Use Permit requests approval to bring the existing non-
permitted ATT wireless telecommunications facility into conformance with the City of Gilroy Zoning
Ordinance Chapter 30.

Motion to Approve Motion to continue to defer the public hearing to a future date uncertain. Moved
by Commissioner Sue Rodriguez, seconded by Commissioner Rebecca Scheel.
