Motion to Approve Adoption of Resolution 2017-03 of the City Council of the City of Gilroy Approving the Issuance of Revenue Bonds by the California Municipal Finance Authority (CMFA) in an Aggregate Principal Amount Not to Exceed $8,000,000 for MRW, L.P. ("Borrower").(ROLL CALL VOTE) Moved by Council Member Peter Leroe-Munoz, seconded by Council Member Daniel Harney. B. Motion to Approve Adoption of Resolution 2017-04 of the City Council of the City of Gilroy Approving the Issuance of Revenue Bonds by the California Municipal Finance Authority (CMFA) in an Aggregate Principal Amount Not to Exceed $40,000,000 for the Benefit of Redwoods Wheeler, L.P.
