Motion to Approve A. Adoption of Ordinance 2017-03 of the City Council of the City of Gilroy Amending
Gilroy City Code Chapter 17A, Section 17A.20 Entitled "Process for Gaining Access to Public Records -
Administrative Appeals" (introduced 2/27/17 with a 7-0 vote) Moved by Council Member Peter Leroe-
Munoz, seconded by Mayor Pro Tempore Dion Bracco.

Motion to Approve Approve a contract in an amount not to exceed $130,000 ($40,000 one-time and
$90,000 per year ongoing) with HouseKeys for the administration of the City's Below Market Rate
(BMR) portfolio and authorize the City Administrator to execute a contract. Moved by Council Member
Daniel Harney, seconded by Mayor Pro Tempore Dion Bracco.
