Motion to Approve Adoption of Resolution 2017-12 of the City Council of the City of Gilroy Ordering
The Fire Chief To Abate The Nuisance Arising Out Of Weeds Growing And Refuse Accumulating Upon
Property In The City Of Gilroy, Pursuant To Section 12.51 Of The Gilroy City Code. Moved by Council
Member Peter Leroe-Munoz, seconded by Mayor Pro Tempore Dion Bracco.
B. Tax Equity and Fiscal Responsibility Act (TEFRA) Hearing Request For Approval of Tax-Exempt
Revenue Bonds By California Municipal Finance Authority (CMFA) on behalf of Gilroy Lewis Street, L.P.
Motion to Approve Adoption of Resolution 2017-13 of the City Council of the City of Gilroy Approving
the Issuance of Revenue Bonds by the California Municipal Finance Authority (CMFA) in an Aggregate
Principal Amount Not to Exceed $40,000,000 for Gilroy Lewis Street, L.P. ("Borrower"). Moved by
Council Member Cat Tucker, seconded by Council Member Peter Leroe-Munoz.
IX. UNFINISHED BUSINESS
A. Approval of 2040 General Plan Work Program
Motion to Approve Approve the proposed work program, schedule and budget for the resumption of
the 2040 General Plan process; and, approve the revised composition of the General Plan Advisory
Committee to a total of 30 youth commissioner and 3 public ; and direct the City Administrator to
execute an amendment to the Agreement for Services with Mintier Harnish for an amount not to
exceed $687,000. Moved by Council Member Cat Tucker, seconded by Mayor Pro Tempore Dion
Bracco.

Motion to Approve Approve a Budget Amendment of $485,000 for CSG for Engineering Plan Check
Services Moved by Council Member Cat Tucker, seconded by Council Member Daniel Harney.
C. AFSCME, Local 101 General Unit and AFSCME, Local 101 Supervisory Unit Memorandums of
Understanding and Salary Schedules for the period January 1, 2017 through June 30, 2019 and
Updated Salary Schedules for Unrepresented Confidential, Non-Exempt and Part-

Motion to Approve Approval of the Memorandums of Understanding between the City and AFSCME,
Local 101 General Unit and AFSCME, Local 101 Supervisory Unit for the period January 1, 2017 -
June 30, 2019; and, Moved by Council Member Fred Tovar, seconded by Council Member Cat Tucker.

Munoz, seconded by Mayor Pro Tempore Dion Bracco.

Bracco, seconded by Council Member Cat Tucker.

the January 1, 2017, July 1, 2017, and July 1, 2018 salary schedules for unrepresented, confidential,
non-exempt employees; and, Moved by Council Member Cat Tucker, seconded by Mayor Pro Tempore
Dion Bracco.

Motion to Approve Adoption of Resolution 2017-17 of the City Council of the City of Gilroy approving
