Tax Equity and Fiscal Responsibility Act (TEFRA) Hearing Request For Approval of Tax-Exempt Revenue Bonds By California Municipal Finance Authority (CMFA) on behalf of Gilroy Lewis Street, L.P. Motion to Approve Adoption of Resolution 2017-13 of the City Council of the City of Gilroy Approving the Issuance of Revenue Bonds by the California Municipal Finance Authority (CMFA) in an Aggregate Principal Amount Not to Exceed $40,000,000 for Gilroy Lewis Street, L.P. ("Borrower"). Moved by Council Member Cat Tucker, seconded by Council Member Peter Leroe-Munoz. IX. UNFINISHED BUSINESS A. Approval of 2040 General Plan Work Program Motion to Approve Approve the proposed work program, schedule and budget for the resumption of the 2040 General Plan process; and, approve the revised composition of the General Plan Advisory Committee to a total of 30 youth commissioner and 3 public ; and direct the City Administrator to execute an amendment to the Agreement for Services with Mintier Harnish for an amount not to exceed $687,000.
