VII. BIDS AND PROPOSALS
A. Extension of Landscape Maintenance Contract with BrightView, Inc.
Item 7.A. BrightView
Motion to Approve Approval of a six month extension of the five year City wide Landscape
Maintenance Service contract with BrightView, Inc., at the current contract fees and conditions and
authorize the City Administrator to execute the contract Amendment. Moved by Council Member Cat
Tucker, seconded by Mayor Pro Tempore Dion Bracco.
B. Budget and Contract Amendment with West Coast Arborists for Tree Maintenance
Item 7.B. West Coast Arborists
Motion to Approve Approval of a budget amendment in the amount of $258,000 for emergency and
routine tree maintenance and authorize the City Administrator to execute a contract amendment with
West Coast Arborists to perform additional work. Moved by Mayor Pro Tempore Dion Bracco,
seconded by Council Member Peter Leroe-Munoz.
