A. Consideration of an Ordinance Amending Chapter 21 of the Gilroy Code Pertaining to the Payment
of Development Impact Fees and an Economic Incentive Policy Payment Plan

Motion to Approve Direct staff to prepare an ordinance amending Chapter 21 to accommodate
alternative timing for the payment of impact fees and to prepare an update to the Economic
Incentive Policy to include a payment plan removal of downtown section. Moved by Council Member
Cat Tucker, seconded by Council Member Fred Tovar.
X. INTRODUCTION OF NEW BUSINESS
A. Review of Park Developer's "Park Features" Guidelines Developed by the Parks & Recreation
Commission
Motion to Approve Continue to the Item to the September 18, 2017 meeting. Moved by Council
Member Cat Tucker, seconded by Mayor Pro Tempore Dion Bracco.
B. Approval of a 4% Salary Increase and Increase to Vacation Accrual for the City Administrator
Effective April 1, 2017
City Administrator's Salary Increase
Motion to Approve Approval of City Administrator's salary increase to $218,400.00 annually, and
increased vacation accrual from two weeks per year to three weeks per year effective April 1, 2017.
Moved by Council Member Daniel Harney, seconded by Council Member Fred Tovar.
