Motion to Approve Motion to Appoint a Mayor Pro Tempore Woodward to Serve as Mayor for the
remainder of the unexpired term ending November, 2016. Moved by Council Member Dion Bracco,
seconded by Council Member Cat Tucker.

Motion to Approve Motion to Adopt a Resolution 2016-03 of the City Council of the City of Gilroy
Approving the Gilroy 2040 General Plan Preferred Land Use Alternative, as Revised, and the General
Plan Policy Text, as Revised, For Purposes of Defining the "Project" to be Evaluated in the Draft
Environmental Impact Report Moved by Council Member Cat Tucker, seconded by Council Member
Dion Bracco.
B. Proposed Multi-family Housing Inspection Program
Motion to Approve to take no further action. Moved by Council Member Dion Bracco, seconded by
Council Member Terri Aulman.
C. Amendment to the City's Agricultural Mitigation Policy
Motion to Approve Motion to Adopt a Resolution 2016-04 of the City Council of the City of Gilroy
Amending Resolution No. 2004-45 to Modify the City's Agricultural Mitigation Policy by Eliminating the
In-Lieu Fee Agricultural Mitigation Option Moved by Council Member Dion Bracco, seconded by Council
Member Peter Leroe-Munoz.
