A. RDO HE 15-03 (Residential Development Ordinance Housing Exemption) requests to allot 104
Downtown Specific Plan Exemption units to a 104-unit multi-family apartment project pursuant to
Gilroy City Code section 30.

03 with recommendation to City Council to add new condition requiring community outreach as

Muraoka Drive. The subject property is zoned M1: Limited Industrial. The proposed project is exempt
