B. An associated Tentative Map requests subdivision of 153+/- acres into 61 residential hillside lots, 95.7+/- acres of open space, one new public street, and 5 new private streets. The lot sizes and project density accord with the slope/density formula set forth in the Gilroy Zoning Ordinance.
