A. Residential Development Ordinance (RDO) Allocation Extension Request of One (1) Year for
Allocations Awarded to Country Estates IV (RD 92-29) Establishing a New Tentative Map Approval
Deadline of March 19, 2015 and Final Map Approval Deadline of March 19, 2016 (Le Garden House,
LLC, Brent Lee)

Motion to Approve Motion to deny the extension request. Moved by Mayor Pro Tempore Perry
Woodward, seconded by Council Member Dion Bracco.
Motion to Approve Motion to Direct Staff to Prepare a Resolution Extending the RDO Allocations for
Country Estates IV (RD 92-29) Establishing a New Tentative Map Approval Deadline of March 19,
2015 and Final Map Approval Deadline of March 19, 2016 Moved by Council Member Peter Leroe-
Munoz, seconded by Council Member Peter Arellano.
B. Consideration of an Economic Development Strategic Plan

Motion to Approve 3 members of Council appointed to serve as a sub-committee for the selection of a
firm to assist with recruiting for in house City Attorney services - Mayor Gage, Mayor Pro Tempore
Woodward and Council Member Tucker. Moved by Mayor Pro Tempore Perry Woodward, seconded by
Council Member Peter Leroe-Munoz.
