Council Member Peter Leroe-Munoz, seconded by Council Member Dion Bracco.

37 of the Gilroy City Code Entitled "Sign Regulations" to Modify Regulations for Handheld, Window,
Portable, Off-site Residential Open House and Temporary Signs, and Flags, Balloons, and Streamers
