A. Presentation of a Request for an Urban Service Area Boundary Amendment North of City Limits
Generally Bounded by Monterey Road to the East, Fitzgerald Avenue to the North, Santa Teresa
Boulevard to the West and Day Road to the South

Motion to Approve Direction to Staff to move forward with processing the application, with staff and
the applicant working out the details of the applicants payment of processing costs. Moved by Mayor
Pro Tempore Perry Woodward, seconded by Council Member Peter Leroe-Munoz.
