Motion to approve Motion to Adopt Resolution 2013-21 of the City Council of the City of Gilroy Setting
Maximum Charges for the Collection of Garbage, Rubbish, Refuse and Recyclable Materials Within the
City of Gilroy, to Become Effective July 1, 2013 Moved by Council Member Peter Leroe-Munoz,
seconded by Council Member Cat Tucker.

Motion to approve Review Report and Provide Direction to Staff return with historic design guidelines
and URM Task Force within the future report. Moved by Council Member Peter Leroe-Munoz, seconded
by Council Member Cat Tucker.
B. General Plan Advisory Committee Formation

Motion to approve Motion to Approve the Membership Composition of the New General Plan Advisory
Committee and Direct Staff to Begin Recruitment Efforts, with 10 members of the public at-large.
