property is located at the site of City Water Tank F-1, 1552 Walton Heath Court, (APN: 810-75-008).

Motion to approve Motion to adopt Resolution 2013-01 approving the Conditional Use Permit. Moved
by Commissioner Christi Garcia, seconded by Commissioner Kai Lai.

an existing wireless telecommunications facility, on property zoned PF (Park / Public Facility). The
