E. Zoning Ordinance Amendment Z 13-02 - A request to consider an ordinance amendment to portions of the Gilroy City Code to address the operation of payday lending and check cashing businesses within the city limits. The amendment would be effective citywide, and include changes to Chapter 30 (Zoning Ordinance). The Planning Commission's action on this matter is a recommendation to the City Council.
