Motion to approve Provide direction to staff to prepare an amendment to the ordinance removing the
annual alarm permit fee, and charging a one-time alarm holder registration fee of $20. Moved by
Council Member Bob Dillon, seconded by Mayor Pro Tempore Cat Tucker.
