Carolyn Tognetti, Arminta Jensen Skip Speiring, Tim Filice to the Development Standards Task Force
and open recruitment for one additional member of the community at large. Moved by Council
Member Perry Woodward, seconded by Mayor Pro Tempore Cat Tucker.

seconded by Council Member Perry Woodward.
Motion to approve Take no further action. Moved by Council Member Perry Woodward, seconded by

Motion to approve Motion to Adopt a Resolution 2011-42 of the City Council of the City of Gilroy
Designating and Describing Truck Traffic Routes Within the City Moved by Council Member Peter
Leroe-Munoz, seconded by Council Member Bob Dillon.
Motion to approve Motion to go back to the original proposal from the previous meeting ending at
Lewis Street and return with the orginal proposal at the next meeting. Moved by Council Member
Peter Arellano MD, seconded by Mayor Pro Tempore Cat Tucker.

Motion to approve direct staff to prepare a draft ordinance modeled after the San Jose ordinance that
doesn't allow roosters and no more than 6 animals. Moved by Council Member Perry Woodward,
seconded by Mayor Pro Tempore Cat Tucker.
