Motion to approve Motion to Adopt Resolution 2011-48 of the City Council of the City of Gilroy
Regarding the Imposition of Liens for Delinquent Administrative citation Penalties and the Costs of
Collection for Certain Properties Within the City - pulling the citation of 490 W 9th to allow staff to
address the collection with the property owner. Moved by Council Member Bob Dillon, seconded by
Council Member Perry Woodward.

Motion to approve full disclosure of campaign contributions - to take no action on the item status
quo. Moved by Council Member Bob Dillon, seconded by Council Member Perry Woodward.
Motion to approve to have full disclosure of all campaign contributions. Moved by Council Member
Peter Leroe-Munoz, seconded by Council Member Dion Bracco.
Motion to approve one additional pre election campaign committee statement Moved by Council
Member Dion Bracco, seconded by Council Member Peter Leroe-Munoz.
Motion to approve expenditure ceiling to 60 cents per resident. Moved by Council Member Dion
Bracco, seconded by Council Member Peter Leroe-Munoz.
Motion to approve bring back the enforcement measures portion of the ordinance. Moved by Council
Member Bob Dillon, seconded by Council Member Peter Leroe-Munoz.
Motion to approve take no action on: election eve candidates forum, 2 direct mail pieces mailed to all
registered households, outreach with city newsletters etc..., bringing in college intern. Moved by
Council Member Perry Woodward, seconded by Council Member Peter Arellano MD.

Motion to approve Motion to Prioritize and Approve the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG)
Capital Project Work Plan for Action Plan Year Three (3) of the Gilroy Consolidated Plan 2010-2015 -
come back with Council input and find out the best use. Moved by Council Member Dion Bracco,
seconded by Council Member Bob Dillon.
