Motion to adopt Resolution No. 2011-01 approving Conditional Use Permit 11-01 a request to allow
residential units on the first floor of an existing commercial/residential building on property zoned
DHD (Downtown Historic District), located at 7600 Monterey Street. To include conditions as noted in
the staff report. Moved by Commissioner Brad Bannister, seconded by Commissioner Kai Lai.
