APN's: 808-21-018, 032 and 033. Item V.A. Motion to approve Motion to deny without prejudiceTM 07-11 Tentative Map request to subdivide approximately 25.6± acres into 213 residential lots, 7 open space lots and 1 remainder lot on property zoned ND (Neighborhood District), located at the Southwest corner of Monterey Road and Luchessa Avenue. TM 07-11 does not comply with the Master Plan as outlined in the staff report. Moved by Commissioner Joan Spencer, seconded by Vice Chair Jim Gailey. B. TM 10-01 Tentative Map request to subdivide approximately 1.97± acres into 13 residential lots on property zoned R2 (Two Family Residential), located at 9060 and 9070 Kern Avenue. AS 10-22 Architectural and Site-Planned Unit Development request to allow the construction of 213 single family homes on property zoned ND (Neighborhood District), located at the Southwest corner of Monterey Road and Luchessa Avenue. APN's: 808-21-018, 032 and 033. Item VII.A.
