Motion to approve Motion to recommend the City Council, approve TM 10-05 Tentative Map request
to subdivide approximately 13.49± acres into 16 lots on property zoned HPSD (Hecker Pass Special
Use District), located at Santa Teresa Boulevard, Third Street and Hecker Pass Highway Gilroy CA as
submitted with all conditions and with amended conditions as presented this evening. Moved by Chair
Ben Anderson, seconded by Vice Chair Jim Gailey.
B. Z 11-01 Zoning Ordinance Repeal of the Shovel Ready RDO (Residential Development Ordinance)
Exemption.

Motion to approve Motion to recommend City Council modify Z 11-01 Zoning Ordinance Repeal of the
Shovel Ready RDO (Residential Development Ordinance) Exemption to allow greater control of
density and dwelling units. Moved by Vice Chair Jim Gailey, seconded by Chair Ben Anderson.

A. Review of Capital Improvement Budget for Fiscal years 2012 - 2017.

Motion to approve Motion to recommend City Council find the Capital Improvement Budget for 2012 -
2017 consistent or inconsistent with the General Plan Moved by Chair Ben Anderson, seconded by
Commissioner Kai Lai.
