Motion to approve Motion to recommend City Council adopt the Mitigated Negative Declaration for AS
09-08 Architectural and Site request the demolition of three buildings, on property zoned DHD
(Downtown Historic District) located at 7347, 7353 and 7355 Monterey Street. Moved by
Commissioner Elizabeth Sanford, seconded by Commissioner Kai Lai.
