single family homes plus an additional 12 accessory units above detached garages on property zoned
R2-PUD (Two Family Residential-Planned Unit Development), located at 9060 and 9070 Kern Avenue.

Motion to approve Motion to continue AS 10-06 Architectural and Site-Planned Unit Development
request to allow the construction of 13 single family homes plus an additional 12 accessory units

Development), located at 9060 and 9070 Kern Avenue to the September 8, 2011 meeting. Moved by
Commissioner Joan Spencer, seconded by Vice Chair Terri Aulman.
