A. CUP 08-07/AS 08-27 Conditional Use Permit and Architectural and Site review to allow the
operation of a RV (Recreational Vehicle) storage business on property zoned M1 (Limited Industrial)
located at 535 Las Animas Avenue. Scott and Gail LeBlanc, applicants.

Motion to Approve preparing Resolution 2010-02 approving CUP 08-07 with the six conditions
included in the staff report and the addition of a requirement that only operable vehicles be stored on
site. Moved by Commissioner Ben Anderson, seconded by Commissioner Jim Gailey.
Motion to Approve preparing Resolution 2010-03 approving AS 08-27 subject to the nine conditions
included in the staff report. Moved by Commissioner Ben Anderson, seconded by Commissioner Joan
Spencer.
B. V 09-03 Variance from Zoning Ordinance Section 19.23 (b) to permit an increase in the maximum
front yard setback and a decrease in the minimum street front building height on property zoned DED
(Downtown Expansion District) located at 6951 Monterey Road. Herb Bowen, AIA, applicant.

C. Z 09-05 Zoning Ordinance Text Amendment of Section 50.62 (b) (1) to amend the standards for
