CUP 08-07/AS 08-27 Conditional Use Permit and Architectural and Site review to allow the operation of a RV (Recreational Vehicle) storage business on property zoned M1 (Limited Industrial) located at 535 Las Animas Avenue. CUP 08-07/AS 08-27 Motion to Approve preparing Resolution 2010-02 approving CUP 08-07 with the six conditions included in the staff report and the addition of a requirement that only operable vehicles be stored on site.
