Motion to approve Motion to Direct Staff to Begin the Process to Place a Measure on the Ballot for
Binding Arbitration for Fire and Police, with all three choices: fire only, police only or both. Moved by
Mayor Al Pinheiro, seconded by Council Member Bob Dillon.

Santa Teresa Boulevard and Hecker Pass Highway (SR152), APN 810-66-012
