NOTICE OF CANCELLATION OF PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the regular meeting of the Planning Commission has
been canceled for Thursday, February 6, 2025 at 6:00 PM due to no items scheduled. The
next meeting will be a special meeting scheduled for Thursday, February 20, 2025 at 6:00
PM.
THIS NOTICE is conspicuously posted on or near the door of the place where the meeting
is usually held in accordance with Chapter 9, Division 2, Title 5 of the Government Code of
the State of California.

AFFIDAVIT OF POSTING NOTICE OF CANCELATION
I, Ariana Fabian, declare as follows:
That I am the Planning Technician of the City of Gilroy; that a regular meeting of the Planning
Commission on Thursday, February 6, 2025 is canceled and that a copy of said notice was
posted at a conspicuous place at the door of the room at which said meeting was held.
I declare under penalty of perjury that the foregoing is true and correct.
