Motion to approve Provide Direction to Staff Regarding the Tracking of Information Requests from
Less than a Quorum of the City Council above 15 minutes and report back in 3 months. Moved by
Council Member Perry Woodward, seconded by Mayor Al Pinheiro.

Motion to approve Provide Direction to Staff to bring back the make up of oversight committees and
roles and responsibilities using other cities as example usual and customary of oversight committees
