Motion to approve Hold study session on October 12, 2009 to revue city ordinances on the books and
create an ordinance for medicinal marijuana and have City Attorney Callon work with staff to bring
forward 3 sample ordinances from other cities. Moved by Council Member Peter Arellano, M.D.,
seconded by Council Member Perry Woodward.
