PUBLIC HEARINGS A. Continued from the Planning Commission Meeting of April 2, 2009. GPA 07-05 General Plan Amendment to the text of the Hecker Pass Specific Plan to allow residential development within the area currently designated "Community Facilities" district and to allocate 15-residential RDO (Residential Development Ordinance) units for property located at 1690 & 1750 Hecker Pass Hwy. South Valley Community Church [c/o Bob Costamagna], applicant Motion to Approve forwarding recommendation to Council for approval of GPA 07-05 General Plan Amendment to the text of the Hecker Pass Specific Plan to allow residential development within the area currently designated Community Facilities and to allocate fifteen Residential Development Ordinance units for property located at 1690 and 1750 Hecker Pass Highway with an inclusion of policy to prevent transfers into or out of the eastern residential cluster. VI. OLD BUSINESS A. Continued from the Planning Commission meeting of January 15, 2009. CUP 08-08 Conditional Use Permit approval to bring an existing telecommunications antenna into compliance on property zoned R4-PUD (High Density Residential-Planned Unit Development), located at 651 W Sixth Street. T-Mobile [c/o RWR Wireless], applicant. Motion to Approve preparing Resolution 2009-04 approving CUP 08-08 Conditional Use Permit to bring an existing telecommunications antenna into compliance on property zoned R4-PUD (High Density Residential-Planned Unit Development), located at 651 W. Sixth Street with the findings as identified in the staff report. Moved by Commission Chair Thomas Boe, seconded by Planning Commissioner Jim Gailey. Motion to Approve preparing Resolution 2009-04 approving CUP 08-08 Conditional Use Permit to bring an existing telecommunications antenna into compliance on property zoned R4-PUD (High Density Residential-Planned Unit Development), located at 651 W.
